The Dimensions of Wellness Fair is the anchor event for the LSU Student Health Center’s Tiger Wellness Week. The fair highlights campus resources and how their services connect to the 10 dimensions of wellness. Campus partners host an interactive information/activity table for students to engage with each resource.

Focus on your physical wellness by joining our dynamic “Learn to Boulder Climb” program
and discover the thrilling world of bouldering! This course is designed specifically
for college students seeking a fun and challenging way to enhance their climbing skills.
Our expert instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of bouldering, focusing
on technique, balance, and problem solving. With no ropes or harnesses, bouldering
emphasizes strength, agility, and mental focus. Whether you’re a beginner or looking
to improve your skills, this program offers a supportive and energetic environment
to push your limits and achieve new heights.

Kneaux Your Status is a campus wide event dedicated to increasing access to sexual health resources and raising awareness about STI testing. LSU will host six community partners offering free STI testing at multiple locations across campus.
Mobile Units - Tower Drive, LSU Vet School, Touchdown Village West (PFT)
Indoor Units - Women's Center, UREC Classroom (Room 135), Broussard Hall Conference Room
This initiative aims to create a supportive environment for students to take charge of their health. Free HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C testing will be available. Participating Community Partners: Our Lady of the Lake, Baton Rouge AIDS Society, Capital Area Reentry Program, Metro Health, Open Health Care Clinic, Family Service of Greater Baton Rouge.

LSU's annual blood drives happen twice per month throughout the academic year in partnership with different blood centers in the community that support our local hospitals and community!

QPR stands for Question. Persuade. Refer. It's three steps anyone can learn to help prevent suicide. If you are interested in learning more about warning signs, prevention efforts, and how to get help for someone in struggle or crisis, please join us for this one-hour training.

Prioritize your intellectual wellness with this College Studying Workshop where you will explore learning strategies to help you understand what and how to study, increase your understanding of course materials, and boost your grades.

Join Outdoor Recreation on a biking and fitness outing to Capitol Park in Downtown Baton Rouge, LA! After fitting participants for their bikes, we’ll depart from the Outdoor Rec Center at UREC and use the Levee system to travel to Capitol Park, where the UREC fitness team will lead participants in a relaxing and restorative Yoga session in the park’s green space.
Take your yoga practice to the outdoor pool for this power flow. Your paddleboard will provide a fun challenge for your balance as you go through this practice in the shallow pool. Paddleboards provided, no swim experience required.

In observance of National Nutrition Month (March), attend “Trash Your Insecurities.” This campus outreach program is designed to bring awareness to a healthy relationship with food and body. Informative handouts and resources will be available as well as activities to promote healthy relationship with food and body image and campus resources. Offered by Wellness and Student Support.
Construction Management and Civil and Industrial Engineering students can sign up to interview for full-time, part-time, internship, and co-op positions. Participating organizations will choose which students and alumni to interview from among those who submit resumes for consideration. This career fair requires a pre-event application process. You can find more information about the deadlines associated with the event in Handshake.
