Biography

Dr. Todd is an Assistant Professor of Leadership and Human Resource Development at Louisiana State University (LSU). She earned her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.

Her research focuses on creativity, innovation, and leadership in professional environments, as well as training and development strategies for leadership roles. She has also published work on decision-making frameworks and professional ethics training. Dr. Todd is a Louisiana Sea Grant Fellow and explores the relationship between ethical business practices, innovation, and environmental sustainability, including how organizations can enhance their operational impact.

Dr. Todd has published research in peer-reviewed journals, including The Leadership Quarterly, Accountability in Research, and Creativity Research Journal. She is also the editor of Creativity and Innovation in Organizations, published by Taylor & Francis. Her work has been supported by funding from the Army Research Institute, the National Institutes of Health, and the state of Oklahoma. She has collaborated on research and consulting projects with the U.S. Army, Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Secret Service.
